This blog follows my progress on the sixteen-week Optifast "meal replacement" Kaiser weight management program. I'll be candid about my challenges and successes, including (hopefully) weight loss. I'm determined to lose 30, 40, maybe even 50 pounds and then be DONE with dieting (but not with healthy eating) forever! Woo Hoo Nice Weigh-In!
So scale at official weigh-in at Kaiser Monday night showed 24 total pounds lost in the six weeks that I've been on Optifast product only. Nice! Down seven pounds since the weigh-in two weeks ago. That suffering at the buffet was worth it!
