This blog follows my progress on the sixteen-week Optifast "meal replacement" Kaiser weight management program. I'll be candid about my challenges and successes, including (hopefully) weight loss. I'm determined to lose 30, 40, maybe even 50 pounds and then be DONE with dieting (but not with healthy eating) forever! Monday Weigh-In - Late
Lost 3.6 pounds. Well I knew it would be less but trying not to be disappointed. And my blood pressure went down a few points but probably because I haven't had any caffeine since this morning. Well, off to the meeting.
